Research and Health Information Services (RHIS) hosted the fifth annual Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region Research Showcase on June 21st at the Delta Regina. This conference aims to increase awareness and recognition of research and knowledge exchange activities occurring within the RQHR and to facilitate the sharing of knowledge obtained through local research activities. Over 130 staff, residents, interns, and external affiliates attended the event.

The half-day event began with a lunch for all attendees, followed by a keynote address, poster viewing session and podium presentations from local researchers, highlighting some of the most innovative research within the RQHR. Award presentations concluded the day, where the the top three abstracts submitted for the conference received a $500 travel bursary to assist in sharing their findings outside of the RQHR.  Please click here to view the winners.
