Jeff Mason, BSc, MLIS
Jeff Mason, BSc, MLIS, is the Academic Information Coordinator for the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. Jeff is an active member of the local and national library communities. Jeff is currently the president of the Saskatchewan Library Association and has also served as president of the Saskatchewan Health Libraries Association and the Multitype Database Licensing Program Committee. Jeff has presented papers on library resources and services to the Canadian Health Libraries Association conferences in 2006, 2007 and 2009, was a library facilitator for McMaster University's How to Teach Evidence-Based Clinical Practice workshop in 2007 and 2008, and is faculty for Dartmouth College's Supporting Clinical Care: An Institute in Evidence-Based Practice for Medical Librarians. Jeff was featured on CBC Radio One Saskatchewan's Blue Sky where he spoke about the challenges of finding authoritative health information on the Internet.
